20-100k EUR
Uncap offers revenue-based financing to early-stage businesses through investments of EUR 20,000 to EUR 100,000, with repayment made as a proportion of monthly revenue over an agreed period. It is open to registered limited companies in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, or Nigeria that have operated for at least 2 years and generated at least EUR 80,000 in revenue in the last 12 months. The business must have compliant records and licenses, operate in food and agriculture, trade and logistics, financial services, or climate resilience, and show potential to scale nationally or regionally.

Revenue-generating African businesses ready to scale. Repayment is tied to a percentage of monthly revenue — flexible, founder-friendly, and non-dilutive. Specifically targets the 'missing middle' — businesses too big for microfinance but too small or unconventional for traditional bank loans or VC. Focus on food, agriculture, trade, logistics, and climate resilience sectors.
Growth capital with flexible repayment, financial monitoring, scaling support
Sector-specific — limited to food/agriculture, trade/logistics, financial services, and climate resilience. Revenue threshold of €80K may exclude very early businesses.
Make sure your application clearly documents your last 12 months of revenue, legal registration, licenses, and financial records, as these are explicit screening criteria. Uncap also evaluates whether a business has a proven concept, expanding market presence, and regional or national scalability, so applicants should present evidence for each during the application and due diligence process.
